By bring in the documents include a copy of the official ID card, Health insurance card (In case of using the health insurance), certificate of treatment (if any), drug allergy identity card (if any)

Outpatient service (OPD)
Patient will received a VN slip after seeing a doctor then you can bring it to the OPD cashier counter to make the payment and collect the medicine at the pharmacy counter.
Inpatient service (IPD)
For patients admitted to the hospital, once the physician allowed patient to be discharge then the staff will inform you the payment by calling to the phone number you have given to the admission office. Then you can make the payment at the inpatient payment counter on the 4th floor zone C from 08:00 to 21:00 hrs.
Outpatient service (OPD)
