Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital has been recognized by Newsweek, in collaboration with global research firm Statista, as one of the "Best Specialized Hospitals Asia Pacific 2026" in two specialties: Orthopedics and Pediatrics.

The ranking covers hospitals across 11 countries in the Asia Pacific region, including Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, evaluating a total of 925 hospitals.

Orthopedics

Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital provides comprehensive orthopedic care, covering bone and joint conditions, joint replacement surgery, spine surgery, sports medicine, and rehabilitation, supported by specialist physicians and medical technology used in diagnosis and treatment.

Pediatrics

The ranking is based on three data sources:

1. International online survey – peer recommendations: based on a survey of physicians, hospital administrators, and healthcare personnel across the Asia Pacific region conducted between February and March 2026.
2. Accreditation data: including JCI accreditation and other relevant quality standards.
3. Statista PROMs Implementation Survey: reflecting the importance of measuring patient-centered treatment outcomes.
